5K for Quincy and Kids Fun Run!

We cordially invite you to participate as a sponsor of the 5th Annual 5K for Quincy and Kids Fun Run held at Lake Ridge Middle School, hosted by the board of The Quincy Conner Foundation (“TQCF”).  The foundation was created to help raise money to provide students who are less fortunate with an opportunity to attend college and achieve their own goals.

The event will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2016, beginning at 8:30 a.m., starting at Lake Ridge Middle School.  The Kids Fun Run will kick off immediately after completion of the 5K.

There are various levels of sponsorship available for the 5K and Kids Fun Run. As you will see, each sponsor will be highly visible in many aspects of the event. We hope that you will consider sponsoring our race.

  • Listed as top sponsor on TQCF website and all race materials with logo, including race t-shirts
  • Opportunity to have vendor booth at race and banner/sign of sponsor’s choice at starting line
  • Promotional materials in race bag (these are due by October 5, 2016)
  • Opportunity to speak at opening of race
  • Special PA announcements mentioning sponsor name during and after the race
  • First right of refusal for future events

Your company may also prefer to donate gift certificates to help offset the cost of food/drink which will be provided to race participants or items to be given away in “swag bags” to race participants.  We welcome any contributions like these as well.

Finally, your company may wish to donate a gift basket for our silent auction. All silent auction items will be clearly marked with the company name.
